The Real Tee's goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to many customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Our processing process is as follows: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 4-5 days after the order is placed, as this allows us to make sure that you receive a quality product. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order has been processed and ready to be shipped.
  • Shipping time: After processing, items usually take between 2 and 5 days (you choose at checkout) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! Shipping and billing address MUST be the same. No exceptions.
  • After packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control, please contact USPS for further details once you receive tracking number.

**HAIR EXTENSIONS**

Please keep in mind that all hair extensions and units are PREORDERED. Processing takes up to 7-14 business days. This process usually takes up to 2 weeks. When your order is ready to ship, we will send you your tracking information via e-mail.

NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY!

  • Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@therealtee.com and send your item to:

  • Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2000 McDonough St, Joliet, Illinois US 60403. UNIT 2727.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
